Tina Foss, DDS
Dr. Foss makes her office a fun place to visit. As you enter into each operatory, you will notice all of the rooms are decorated in an inviting décor of animals from different places around the world. She enjoys traveling and taking pictures. She also has a great love for animals and enjoys photographing them. You will notice that she and her staff are usually laughing and joking around, which makes her office feel like a family environment.
Dr. Foss opened her private practice in 2003 after serving in the United States Army as a dental resident. She is a loyal fan of Oklahoma University, her alma mater, from which she graduated dental school in 1990. Her gentle hand and that great smile prove most inviting in what can sometimes be a nervous situation.

Carrie graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in HR management. She joined North Mesquite Dental Group in October 2003. She loves the family environment and the patients who are like extended family. Carrie ensures a happy, friendly environment, and is always willing to do what it takes for our patients’ success. Carrie is married to Abdel, and they have a daughter named Zahara. Carrie loves coaching little league cheer, volunteering for girl scout events and keeping up with her kid’s activities and sports.
Celia R.
Patient Care Coordinator
Celia started working at North Mesquite Dental Group in May of 2023. As a team player she helps with anything she can, and her favorite part about this place is the team. She has two older sons (the oldest being in college) and two younger daughters. Celia loves to volunteer, especially at church. She attends a family group in her congregation since she is part of the Mass with kids. Celia also likes any sport and loves to watch world cups and the Olympics.
